**Notice of Date Change due to conflict with library schedule**

Our meeting will be devoted to Festival Street, a proposed street name change to Roberto Maestos Festival Street, the street's usage in the coming year, our responsibilities, and the special permit that the Seattle Department of Transportation (SDOT) is developing.
